Johnston County Animal Protection League

Johnston County Animal Protection League helps animals in Johnston County, a mostly rural area near Raleigh, NC. JCAPL is near and dear to De’s heart, as her friend Dana has been active with JCAPL for years, and De is the webmaster. JCAPL rescues cats, kittens, dogs and puppies from local shelters, and runs a spay/neuter voucher program for local residents.
